You can update your payment card at any time through your secure billing portal.
Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Inside EdgeFlo:
- Go to Settings
- Click Billing
- Select Manage Subscription
You will be redirected to our secure Stripe billing portal.
Step 2: Update Your Payment Method
Inside the Stripe portal, locate the Payment Method section.
You will see your current saved card, including:
- Card type
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration date
To update your card:
- Click Add payment method or Update
- Enter your new card details
- Confirm the changes
What Happens After You Update Your Card?
- Your new card will be used for all future billing.
- If you had a failed payment, Stripe may retry the charge automatically.
- Your subscription remains active unless payment failures continue.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All billing information is securely processed through Stripe. EdgeFlo does not store your full card details.
My payment failed. What should I do?
Update your card details as soon as possible. If the payment does not retry automatically, contact support.
Can I use a different card for future payments?
Yes. Once updated, the new card becomes your default payment method.
