EdgeFlo subscriptions are managed directly through the app's billing settings. Upgrades are self-serve and activate immediately. Downgrades follow specific rules depending on your current plan. This article covers both paths.
How to upgrade your plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan.
- Review the plan options displayed and select the one you want.
- Confirm your selection
- Your upgraded plan activates immediately. You will see a confirmation toast in the app and receive a receipt by email.
How to downgrade your plan
Downgrades are more restricted than upgrades. Not all downgrade paths are available.
- If you want to move from Plus to Basic, or from annual to monthly billing, contact support to confirm whether your specific downgrade path is available before making changes.
- Downgrading to a plan with fewer broker account slots means only the first connected account will remain active.
Note: When you downgrade, your access to the current plan's features continues until the end of your current billing period.
Switching from monthly to annual billing
Switching to annual billing is treated as an upgrade and is available at any time. Annual billing locks in a lower effective monthly rate. You can switch in Settings > Billing > Change plan.
What happens to your data when you upgrade
Upgrading does not affect your existing data. All journal entries, trade history, Edge plans, Notebook notes, and account settings carry over without any changes.

When does my upgrade take effect?
Upgrades activate immediately after you confirm the change in the Stripe Billing Portal. You do not need to log out and back in.
Will I lose my data if I upgrade?
No. All your existing data, including trades, journal entries, and plans, carries over when you upgrade.
