If you were charged after your EdgeFlo free trial and weren't expecting it, this article explains why it happened, how to stop further charges, and how to request a refund.
Why you were charged
When you started your EdgeFlo free trial, you agreed that your card would be charged on Day 8 if you didn't cancel before then. The charge you're seeing is that subscription starting.
A few things that commonly lead to this: the Day 6 reminder email went to your spam folder; or you meant to cancel but the cancellation wasn't completed.
Note: If you believe you did cancel and were still charged, contact support immediately. We'll check the cancellation logs and sort it out.
How to cancel going forward
To make sure you're not charged again, cancel your subscription now:
- Log in to EdgeFlo.
- Go to Settings > Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your subscription will end at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access until then.
How to contact support
If you want to request a refund or need help resolving the charge, open a support ticket and include the date of the charge, the amount charged, and a brief description of what happened.
Tip: Check your email for the EdgeFlo trial confirmation and any cancellation emails. These help us resolve your case faster.
Frequently asked questions
I cancelled during the trial but was still charged - what happened?
Contact support with your cancellation confirmation email (if you received one). We'll check the logs and process a refund if there was an error on our end.
I filed a dispute with my bank - can you still help?
Yes, and resolving it directly with us is usually faster than the bank dispute process. Contact support and we'll look into it right away.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your bank. We'll notify you by email when the refund is processed.
I don't recognize the charge - could it be fraud?
If you don't recognize the EdgeFlo charge and didn't sign up for a trial, contact support immediately. We'll check the account associated with your card and investigate.
