EdgeFlo generates a receipt for every successful payment. This article explains how to find and download your invoices directly from the app.
Every time EdgeFlo processes a successful payment, a receipt is automatically sent to your registered email and saved to your invoice history in the app. You can access all past invoices at any time from your billing settings without needing to contact support.
How to access your invoices
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Scroll to the Invoices section.
- You will see a list of past charges showing the date, amount, and payment status for each.
- Click Download invoice next to any charge to download a PDF receipt.
Invoices are generated and stored by Stripe, EdgeFlo's payment processor, and are available immediately after each successful payment.
Tip: If you need an invoice for accounting or expense purposes, download the PDF directly from the Invoices section. This is the fastest way to get a formal invoice without contacting support.
Receipt emails
EdgeFlo automatically sends a receipt email to your registered account email address after each successful charge. The email arrives within a few minutes of the payment being processed.
If a receipt email is missing:
- Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
- Confirm the email address on your account is correct in Settings > Account.
- Download the invoice directly from Settings > Billing > Invoices as an alternative.

I paid but my invoice history is empty. What do I do?
Try refreshing the page. If the invoice still does not appear after a few minutes, contact support with the payment date and amount and the team can locate the charge and issue the invoice manually.
