How the 7-day free trial works

EdgeFlo's 7-day free trial gives you full access to the platform before you pay anything. This article covers everything you need to know: what the trial includes, how to get started, what happens when it ends, and how to cancel if EdgeFlo isn't right for you.

Note: The trial is completely free for 7 days. Your card is required to start, but you won't be charged until Day 8 - and only if you haven't cancelled.

What the trial includes

Your free trial gives you access to EdgeFlo Plus - the full platform - for 7 days. You can connect your broker, journal trades, run performance reports, and use every feature EdgeFlo offers. There are no restrictions during the trial period.

After the trial, your subscription continues at the plan rate selected during signup unless you cancel first.

How to start your trial

  1. Go to app.edgeflo.com and create your account.
  2. At the payment step, enter a valid credit or debit card.
  3. Your card is verified but not charged. The trial starts immediately.
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email with your trial end date.

Note: Prepaid cards, virtual cards, and Visa gift cards are not accepted. You need a regular credit or debit card linked to a bank account.

Why a card is required

EdgeFlo is built for traders who are serious about understanding their performance. The card requirement is how we make sure we're building for the right people - not spam accounts or casual browsers. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe. EdgeFlo never stores your raw card number.

What happens on Day 8

If you haven't cancelled before your trial ends, your subscription starts automatically on Day 8 and your card is charged the plan rate. You'll receive a reminder email before this happens.

Warning: Trial end times are calculated in UTC. If you're in a timezone ahead of UTC, your Day 7 ends earlier in your local time. Cancel at least a few hours before midnight UTC on Day 7 to be safe.

How to cancel before being charged

  1. Log in to EdgeFlo.
  2. Click your profile icon and go to Settings.
  3. Select Subscription.
  4. Click Cancel Trial and confirm.

You'll keep access to EdgeFlo until the end of your 7-day period. No charge will be made if you cancel before Day 7 ends.

Tip: Set a calendar reminder for Day 6 of your trial so you have time to decide before the billing date.

Frequently asked questions

When exactly does my trial end?

Your trial lasts exactly 7 days from the moment you sign up. Your confirmation email shows the exact end date and time.

Will I be reminded before I'm charged?

Yes. EdgeFlo sends a reminder email on Day 6 of your trial. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Can I get more than one free trial?

Each person is eligible for one free trial. Trials are linked to the payment card used at signup, not just the email address.

What if I had a technical issue during my trial?

If something went wrong that prevented you from using the platform, contact support and we'll review your case.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained after cancellation. If you resubscribe later, everything will be there.
