You can cancel your EdgeFlo subscription at any time through your billing settings. This article explains the process, what happens to your data, and what your options are if you change your mind.
Cancelling your EdgeFlo subscription is self-serve and takes under a minute. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data is not deleted immediately. This article explains everything that happens when you cancel.
How to cancel your subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's portal. Select Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
- You will see a confirmation and your billing page will update to show your access end date.
After cancellation, you will keep full access to EdgeFlo until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Note: Cancelling stops auto-renewal. It does not cut off your access immediately. The microcopy in the app confirms this: "You'll keep access until the end of your billing period."
What happens to your data after cancellation
Your journal entries, trade history, Edge plans, and Notebook content are not deleted when you cancel. After your access period ends, the app moves to a read-only state where your data remains visible but new actions are locked.
Cancelling a trial
If you are cancelling during a 7-day trial period, follow the same steps above. Cancelling the trial stops the auto-charge at the end of day 7 and you retain access for the remainder of the trial regardless of when you cancel.
Tip: If you forgot to cancel and were charged at the end of your trial, contact support within 24 hours for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
If you change your mind after cancelling
If you cancelled and want to resubscribe before your access period ends, go to Settings > Billing and follow the prompts to reactivate your plan.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe's portal. Select Don't Cancel Subscription
- Confirm when prompted.
- You will see a confirmation and your billing page will update to show your access end date.
FAQ
I cancelled but I'm still seeing a subscription charge. What happened?

Can I get a partial refund for the unused days in my billing period?
EdgeFlo's standard policy does not offer refunds for unused time in a paid billing period. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact support and explain the circumstances.
How do I know my cancellation went through?
After confirming the cancellation, your billing page in the app will show your plan as cancelled with your access end date displayed. You will also receive a confirmation email.
