EdgeFlo offers a $7 for 7-day trial to new users. You are charged $7 upfront when you start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription auto-renews at the full plan price unless you cancel before then.
This article explains exactly how the trial works, what happens at the end, how billing is handled, and what your cancellation options are.
The EdgeFlo trial gives you full access to the platform so you can experience the complete workflow before committing to a subscription. This article explains the trial mechanics in plain terms so there are no surprises.
What the trial includes
During your trial period, you have full access to all EdgeFlo features, including broker connection, trade syncing, the Journal, Dashboard, Edge plan builder, Sanctuary, Notebook, and FloAI. There is no limited or demo version during the trial.
How billing works during and after the trial
A card is required to start the trial. You are charged $7 upfront when you start your trial. This gives you 7 days of full access to EdgeFlo.
At the end of day 7, your subscription auto-renews at the full plan price ($49/month for Basic or $69/month for Plus) unless you cancel before then.
- At 48 hours and 24 hours before the trial ends, you will receive reminder emails
- On the auto-renewal date, your card is billed at the full plan price and you receive a receipt by email.
Tip: The $7 trial charge is separate from your subscription. If you cancel during the trial, the $7 is not refunded, but you will not be charged the full subscription price.
Cancelling during the trial
You can cancel at any time during the 7-day period. Even if you cancel on day 1, you retain full access to EdgeFlo until the end of day 7. Cancelling early does not cut off your access.
Important: The $7 trial charge is not refundable if you cancel during the trial. You are paying for 7 days of access regardless of when you cancel.
To cancel your trial:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- You will retain full access until the trial period ends.
What happens when the trial ends
If you were charged successfully
Your subscription starts immediately. Your billing page will update to show your plan name, renewal date, and invoice history.
If you cancelled before the end
Your access continues until the end of the 7-day period. After that, the app enters a read-only mode where you can view your existing data but cannot take new actions.
Refund policy
If you forget to cancel and are charged at the end of the trial, EdgeFlo offers a full, no-questions-asked refund if you contact support within 24 hours of the charge. After 24 hours, refunds are not available, but auto-renewal will be cancelled immediately so you are not charged again. You can contact support if you have any issues.
Note: The $7 trial charge itself is not refundable. The refund policy applies only to the full plan charge that fires at the end of the trial period.
One trial per account
EdgeFlo allows one trial per payment method. If you attempt to start a new trial with a card that was previously used on an EdgeFlo trial, you will be prompted to resume your subscription directly rather than start a new trial period.
FAQ

No. The card is required to start the trial but is not charged until the end of day 7. You will receive a reminder before the charge date.
Can I cancel after day 1 and still use EdgeFlo for the rest of the 7 days?
Yes. Cancelling early does not cut off your access. You keep full access until the end of the trial period regardless of when you cancel.
I forgot to cancel and got charged. Can I get a refund?
