How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal.

Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.


Step 1: Open Billing Settings

Inside EdgeFlo:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Billing
  3. Select Manage Subscription

This will redirect you to our secure Stripe billing portal.

Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription

Inside the Stripe portal:

  1. Locate your current subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm the cancellation

What Happens After You Cancel?

  • Your subscription remains active until your current billing period ends.
  • You will not be charged again after your current cycle finishes.
  • You can continue using your features until the expiration date.

Your exact end date is visible inside the billing portal.


Important Notes

  • Cancellations stop future renewals only.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
  • You can reactivate your subscription anytime before it expires.

Will I lose my data after canceling?
Your data remains saved. However, access to paid features will be restricted once your subscription expires.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on monthly plans.

Where do I cancel?
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription to access the Stripe portal.
