Step 1: Open Billing Settings
Inside EdgeFlo:
- Go to Settings
- Click Billing
- Select Manage Subscription
This will redirect you to our secure Stripe billing portal.
Step 2: Cancel Your Subscription
Inside the Stripe portal:
- Locate your current subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After You Cancel?
- Your subscription remains active until your current billing period ends.
- You will not be charged again after your current cycle finishes.
- You can continue using your features until the expiration date.
Your exact end date is visible inside the billing portal.
Important Notes
- Cancellations stop future renewals only.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime before it expires.
