EdgeFlo has a limited number of MetaTrader connection slots. When all slots are taken, new MetaTrader connections are temporarily unavailable.
What this means
The Connect MetaTrader button is replaced by a 'Join waitlist' button. This is not an error with your account. It means the maximum number of active MetaTrader connections across the platform has been reached.
What you can do
- Join the waitlist. Clicking the disabled MetaTrader button will show the option to join the waitlist. We will notify you as soon as a seat becomes available.
- Connect via cTrader instead. If your broker supports cTrader, the account can be connected right now. cTrader is not subject to seat limits and connects instantly.
