EdgeFlo limits how often a connected MetaTrader account can be replaced or switched. This protects sync stability and prevents data gaps.
What could be happening
- Frequent account switching causing sync delays or missing data
- Account replacement limit reached on the current plan
The limits
- Replace or switch account: Once every 24 hours
- Total replacements per 30 days: 5 on the current plan
- Disconnect or remove account: Allowed at any time with no restrictions
What to do
If the Replace button is greyed out
An account switch has already been made in the last 24 hours. The button will show how long until it is available again. The account can be disconnected at any time if needed.
If the monthly limit has been reached
All 5 replacements for this billing period have been used. Upgrading to Plus adds multiple seats so more than one account can be connected without needing to switch.
If an urgent change is needed and the limit is blocking it, contact support.
