If a sync warning appears or live prices and trading are unavailable, it may simply be because the market is closed or the broker is running maintenance. These situations are outside of EdgeFlo’s control and do not mean there is an issue with our platform.
What could be happening
- Market closed (weekend, public holiday, or off-hours for the instrument)
- Broker scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
What EdgeFlo will show
- Market closed: Market is closed. Live prices and trading will resume when the market opens.
- Broker maintenance: Broker maintenance in progress. Sync and trading may be temporarily unavailable.
During these states, the trade and execution buttons will be disabled. This is intentional.
What to do
No action is needed. EdgeFlo will restore live prices and trading automatically once the market opens or the broker comes back online.
If a sync error appears outside of market hours or a known maintenance window, contact support.
