[TradeLocker] How to open an LivvFX account and connect to EdgeFlo

This guide walks you through creating a LivvFX account, opening a demo trading account on TradeLocker, and connecting it to EdgeFlo so your trades sync automatically.

LivvFX is one of the brokers available on TradeLocker Hub. It accepts traders from most countries including the United States and offers a free demo account so you can explore the platform before committing real funds. Once your account is set up and a trading account is created, connecting it to EdgeFlo takes under two minutes.

Warning: LivvFX only accepts cryptocurrency for both deposits and withdrawals. If you plan to fund a live account, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet.

Step 1: Create your LivvFX account

Go to livvfxtrading.com and fill in the registration form.

Fill in the following fields:

Email: use the email address you want linked to your trading account
First name and Last name
Password and Confirm password
Country: select from the dropdown
Phone: select your country code and enter your number

Click Register to submit.

Step 2: Verify your email

After registering, you will see a prompt to check your email and verify your account. Open the verification email from LivvFX and click the confirmation link to activate your account.

Tip: If the verification email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and junk folders. If it still hasn't arrived, try logging in directly with your email and password anyway.

Step 3: Open a demo account

After logging in, you land on the Dashboard. Select Open Demo Account. You can open a live or demo account. For now, we'll go with a demo.

Fill in the demo account form:

Amount: the starting virtual balance you want (default is 5,000)
Leverage: select your preferred leverage (default is 100)

Click Submit. A confirmation message will appear: "Trading account created successfully."

Note: Demo account funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn. They exist only for practice. When you are ready to trade with real money, you will need to complete KYC and open a live account.

Step 4: Find your TradeLocker login credentials

Go to My Account, then Account List. Your demo account will be listed there. You need three things to connect to EdgeFlo:

Login: the email address you registered with LivvFX
Server: LivvFX
Password: the password you set during registration

Warning: Your login is always your email address, not any numeric or alphanumeric account ID shown in the portal. Using an account ID instead of your email will cause the connection to fail.

Step 5: Connect your LivvFX account to EdgeFlo

Open EdgeFlo and go to Settings, then the Integrations tab. Click Connect existing account, search for LivvFX, and select TradeLocker as the connection platform. Enter your credentials when prompted:

Login: the email address you registered with LivvFX
Password: the password you created during registration
Server: enter LivvFX

Once connected, EdgeFlo will begin syncing your trades. Your trading history and journal will start populating as soon as you place your first trade in TradeLocker.

Tip: Connecting a demo account first is a good way to confirm the integration is working before you fund a live account.

Step 6: Complete KYC to unlock live trading (optional for demo)

You do not need to complete KYC to use a demo account. To deposit real funds and open a live account, you must verify your identity. Look for the identity verification or KYC section in your LivvFX dashboard to begin.

Warning: You cannot deposit real funds or open a live TradeLocker account until your KYC is approved.
