[TradeLocker] How to open an RestroFX account and connect to EdgeFlo

This guide walks you through creating a Restro FX account, opening a demo trading account on TradeLocker, and connecting it to EdgeFlo so your trades sync automatically.

Restro FX is one of the brokers available on TradeLocker Hub. It accepts traders from most countries including the United States and offers a free demo account with 100,000 USD in virtual funds. Demo access does not require identity verification and you can start practicing immediately after signing up. Restro FX also accepts card deposits in addition to crypto, making it one of the more accessible options for live funding.

Warning: Restro FX only supports cryptocurrency withdrawals, even though it accepts card deposits. If you plan to withdraw real funds, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet.

Step 1: Create your Restro FX account

Go to restrofx.com and fill in the registration form.

Fill in the following fields:

Email: use the email address you want linked to your trading account
First name and Last name
Password and Confirm password
Country: select from the dropdown
Phone: select your country code and enter your number

Click Register to submit.

Step 2: Verify your email

After registering, you will see a prompt to check your email and verify your account. Open the verification email from Restro FX and click the confirmation link to activate your account and be taken to the login page.

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within a minute or two. Add the Restro FX sender address to your contacts to avoid this in future.

Step 3: Open a demo account

After verifying and logging in, you land on the Dashboard. You may see a notice that your account is pending verification. This does not block demo access. Under My Accounts in the left sidebar, click Demo.

Click Create Account and fill in the demo account form:

Platform: select TradeLocker (may be pre-selected)
Amount: the starting virtual balance (default is 100,000 USD)
Leverage: select your preferred leverage (default is 500)

Click Submit. Your demo account will be created immediately.

Note: Demo account funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn. They exist only for practice. When you are ready to trade with real money, you will need to complete KYC and open a live account.

Step 4: Find your TradeLocker login credentials

After your demo account is created, go to Account List in the left sidebar and click View Login Details next to your account. You will see your email, password, and server name. These are also sent to your inbox in an email with the subject "Trading Demo Account Created Successfully."

Password: included in the confirmation email and shown in your account login details

Warning: Your login is always your email address, not any numeric account ID shown in the portal. Using an account number instead of your email will cause the connection to fail.

Step 5: Connect your Restro FX account to EdgeFlo

Open EdgeFlo and go to Settings, then the Integrations tab. Click Connect existing account, search for Restro FX, and select TradeLocker as the connection platform. Enter your credentials when prompted:

Login: the email address you registered with Restro FX
Password: from your Account List or the demo account confirmation email
Server: enter Restro

Once connected, EdgeFlo will begin syncing your trades. For a demo account, your trading history and journal will start populating as soon as you place your first trade in TradeLocker.

Tip: Keep your demo account confirmation email. It contains all the credentials you need to reconnect or set up EdgeFlo on a new device.

Step 6: Complete KYC to unlock live trading (optional for demo)

You do not need to complete KYC to use a demo account. However, a KYC pending notice may appear on your dashboard. You can ignore this while practicing. To deposit real funds and open a live account, you must complete identity verification. Look for the verification prompt on your dashboard to begin.

Warning: You cannot deposit real funds or open a live TradeLocker account until your KYC is approved.
