[TradeLocker] How to open a RisenFX account and connect to EdgeFlo

This guide walks you through creating a Risen FX account, opening a demo trading account on TradeLocker, and connecting it to EdgeFlo so your trades sync automatically.

RisenFX is one of the brokers available on TradeLocker Hub. It accepts traders from most countries including the United States and offers a free demo account so you can explore the platform before committing real funds. The signup flow is slightly different from most brokers. There is no password field at registration, and your account password is auto-generated when you create your first trading account.

Warning: Risen FX only supports cryptocurrency withdrawals, even though it accepts card deposits. If you plan to withdraw real funds, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet.

Step 1: Create your Risen FX account

Go to risenfx.com and fill in the registration form.

Fill in the following fields:

Title: select from the dropdown (Mr., Ms., etc.)
First name and Last name
Country: select from the dropdown
Phone: select your country code and enter your number
Email: use the email address you want linked to your trading account

Check the terms and conditions box, then click Register.

Note: There is no password field on the registration form. Your trading account password is auto-generated later when you create your first demo account. It will be shown on screen and emailed to you.

Step 2: Verify your email with the PIN code

After registering, Risen FX immediately shows a Confirmation screen and sends a PIN code to your email. Open the email, copy the PIN, and enter it on the confirmation screen to verify your account.

Click Continue to proceed. If the PIN doesn't arrive, click Resend PIN after the countdown timer expires.

Warning: Risen FX uses a PIN code for email verification, not a clickable link. Do not close the confirmation screen before entering your PIN. You will need to restart registration if you do.

Tip: Check your spam or junk folder if the PIN email doesn't arrive within a minute. The Resend PIN button includes a countdown timer. Wait for it to expire before requesting a new code.

Step 3: Complete your date of birth

After your first login, Risen FX will prompt you to enter your Date of Birth before you can access your dashboard. This is required to proceed.

Enter your date of birth and click Submit to continue.

Step 4: Open a demo account

From your dashboard, go to Accounts and click Open Demo Account. The demo account creation is a 3-step wizard.

Step 4a: Select account category

Choose TradeLocker Demos as the account category and click Next.

Step 4b: Configure your account

Select your preferred account settings:

Account type: e.g. Essential Demo
Currency: e.g. USD
Initial balance: the starting virtual fund amount (e.g. 100,000)

Click Next to proceed to the confirmation step.

Step 4c: Save your credentials

The confirmation screen displays your new account details. Note these down before navigating away.

Warning: Save your password from the confirmation screen before clicking away. If you miss it, check your email for the account creation notification.

Note: Your login for EdgeFlo is the email address you registered with Risen FX. Do not use the numeric account ID or trading platform login shown on the confirmation screen. Those are internal identifiers, not your TradeLocker login.

Step 5: Connect your Risen FX account to EdgeFlo

Open EdgeFlo and go to Settings, then the Integrations tab. Click Connect existing account, search for Risen FX, and select TradeLocker as the connection platform. Enter your credentials when prompted:

Login: the email address you registered with Risen FX
Password: the auto-generated password shown on your Risen FX dashboard and also emailed to you
Server: shown on your Risen FX dashboard, will be RISENFX

Once connected, EdgeFlo will begin syncing your trades. For a demo account, your trading history and journal will start populating as soon as you place your first trade in TradeLocker.

Step 6: Complete KYC to unlock live trading (optional for demo)

You do not need to complete KYC to use a demo account. A "not verified" banner may appear on your profile. You can ignore this while practicing. To deposit real funds and open a live account, you must complete identity verification from the Settings or Profile section of the Risen FX portal.

Warning: You cannot deposit real funds or open a live TradeLocker account until your KYC is approved.
