How to Report a Bug

If something in EdgeFlo is not working the way it should, you can report it directly from the app. The fastest way to do this is through the Bug Report form in Settings → Support.

Sending a bug report from the form helps the support team investigate faster because it keeps the issue details in one place.

Why this happens

Sometimes a feature may not load correctly, a button may not respond, or something may behave differently than expected. This can happen because of:

  • A temporary app issue
  • A browser or session issue
  • A recent product update
  • A bug affecting a specific feature, page, or workflow

Reporting it with the right details helps the team confirm the issue quickly and fix it faster.

How to report it

  1. In EdgeFlo, go to Settings and open the Support tab. This is where you can submit a bug report directly from your account.
  2. Open the Bug Report form. Use the form instead of sending a short message by email when possible, since the form helps collect the information the team needs.
  3. Describe what happened in plain language. Start with what you were trying to do, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead.
  4. Include the feature or page where the issue happened (for example: Trading Journal, Dashboard, Edge, FloAI, etc.). This helps route the issue faster.
  5. Add the steps you took before the problem happened. Even a short list helps, especially if the issue can be repeated.
  6. Include the exact error message if you saw one. If possible, copy the text exactly as shown on the screen. Attach your screenshot before submitting the form.
  7. Submit the form and wait for confirmation. If the team needs more details, they will follow up using the email on your EdgeFlo account.

Unable to submit the form

If you cannot access the bug report form or the form does not submit, contact support and send:

  • The email address on your EdgeFlo account
  • A screenshot of the issue you are trying to report
  • A screenshot of the form error (if the form fails)
  • What feature/page the bug happened in
  • Approximate time it happened Browser/device you are using
