To update your password
- Log in to EdgeFlo
- Navigate to Settings > Security.
- Click Change password.
- You'll get an email with instructions on how to change your password
If you are locked out and cannot access your account
If you cannot log in and are unable to receive a magic link, use the following steps to regain access.
- Go to the EdgeFlo login page.
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your registered email address
- Select Send reset link
- Check your inbox including spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Warning: If you cannot access the email address you registered with, contact support directly. There is no self-serve account recovery path if you have lost access to your email.
