Why Isn't EdgeFlo Loading?

EdgeFlo isn't loading? This article covers the most common causes and how to fix them fast, from browser cache issues to platform outages.

EdgeFlo runs in your desktop browser. When it fails to load, the cause is almost always one of a handful of known issues: a stale browser cache, an unsupported browser, a network problem, or a temporary platform outage. This article walks you through each fix in order of likelihood.

Step 1: Check the EdgeFlo status page

Before troubleshooting locally, confirm EdgeFlo is operational. Visit the EdgeFlo status page to see if an outage or maintenance window is in progress. If the status page shows an incident, wait for the all-clear before proceeding with other fixes.

Step 2: Do a hard refresh

Force your browser to reload the page from scratch rather than serving a cached version.

  • Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

If the page loads after a hard refresh, your browser was serving an outdated version of the app. You're done.

Step 3: Clear your browser cookies

A corrupted or outdated cookie data is the most common cause of loading failures. Clearing it takes under a minute.

Chrome

  1. Navigate to EdgeFlo in Chrome.
  2. Click the lock icon (or info icon) to the left of the address bar.
  3. Select Cookies and site data.
  4. Click Manage on-device site data.
  5. Click the trash icon to delete all site data and cookies for EdgeFlo.
  6. Close and reopen Chrome, then navigate back to EdgeFlo.

Tip: Chrome and Safari are the best-supported browsers for EdgeFlo. If you are using Brave, Firefox, or Edge and experiencing loading issues, switch to Chrome or Safari first before troubleshooting further.

Step 4: Check your internet connection

EdgeFlo requires a stable internet connection. If your connection is dropping or unusually slow, the app may fail to initialize.

  • Try loading another site, such as google.com, to confirm you have internet access.
  • If you are on Wi-Fi, try switching to a wired connection or moving closer to your router.
  • Restart your router if your connection appears unstable.

Step 5: Try a different browser or device

If the above steps have not resolved the issue, isolate whether the problem is specific to your browser or machine.

  1. Open Chrome (if you were not already using it) and navigate to EdgeFlo.
  2. If EdgeFlo loads in Chrome but not your original browser, the issue is browser-specific. Use Chrome going forward.
  3. If EdgeFlo fails to load in Chrome as well, try on a different computer if one is available.

Warning: EdgeFlo is desktop-only. It is not supported on mobile browsers, tablets, or the iPad. If you are attempting to access EdgeFlo from a mobile device, you will need to switch to a desktop or laptop computer.

Step 6: Contact support

If EdgeFlo still will not load after completing the steps above, contact the support team. When you reach out, include the following information to speed up the resolution:

  • Your browser name and version
  • Your operating system (e.g., Windows 11, macOS Ventura)
  • A screenshot of what you see when the page fails to load
  • The approximate time the issue started
  • Any error message displayed on screen (e.g., 404, 500, or a specific error text)

FAQ

Does EdgeFlo work on mobile?

No. EdgeFlo is a desktop-only platform. It is not supported on smartphones, tablets, or mobile browsers. Use a desktop or laptop computer to access the app.

The page is spinning and never loads. What should I do?

This is usually caused by a stale cache or a temporary platform issue. Check the EdgeFlo status page first to rule out an outage. If no incident is reported, do a hard refresh. If the spinning continues, clear your browser cache.

I cleared the cache and it still won't load. Now what?

Try switching to Chrome if you are not already using it. If it loads in Chrome, your original browser is incompatible or misconfigured. If it fails in Chrome too, contact support with a screenshot and your browser and OS details.

Can too many browser extensions cause a loading issue?

Yes. Ad blockers, privacy extensions, and script blockers can interfere with EdgeFlo. Try opening EdgeFlo in an incognito or private window, which disables most extensions by default. If it loads in incognito, an extension is the cause. Disable them one by one to identify the culprit.

How do I know if EdgeFlo is experiencing an outage?

Check the EdgeFlo status page. The status page shows current incidents, scheduled maintenance, and historical uptime. If an outage is in progress, the page will display the issue and expected resolution time.
