How to Report a Bug

Bug reports with clear detail get resolved faster. This article explains how to submit a bug report from inside EdgeFlo and what to include.

You can report bugs directly from within EdgeFlo without leaving the app. Go to Settings > Support and press Report a bug.

 


What to Include in Your Report

What happened (required)

Describe the issue clearly: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened instead. The more specific you are, the faster the team can reproduce and fix it.

Good example: "I clicked Trade on EURUSD with a 1.1850 stop loss. The lot size field showed 0.00 and did not calculate. This happened three times in a row."

Unhelpful example: "The app is broken."

Screenshot (optional but helpful)

Press Attach screenshot to add a screenshot of the issue. Visual evidence significantly speeds up diagnosis, especially for UI glitches or error messages.

Include diagnostics (recommended)

Leave Include diagnostics checked. This automatically sends your app version, device/OS, error logs, and the time the issue occurred. It never includes passwords or sensitive account data.


After Submitting

The EdgeFlo team receives your report and will follow up by email if more information is needed. For critical issues affecting trade execution, add a note describing the urgency so the team can prioritise accordingly.
