Why Can't I Log in To EdgeFlo?

EdgeFlo supports two login methods: Google sign-in (OAuth) and email with password. Most login issues stem from using the wrong email address, entering an incorrect password, browser problems, or attempting to log in from an unsupported device. This article walks through each fix.


Step 1: Verify you are using the correct email address

EdgeFlo accounts are tied to a specific email address. If you registered with one address and are now entering a different one, login will fail.

  • Confirm the email address you used when you signed up.
  • If you have multiple email accounts, try the others if you are unsure which one you used.
  • If you signed up with Google, make sure you are selecting the same Google account you originally used.

Step 2: Check your login method

EdgeFlo supports both Google sign-in and email with password. If you originally signed up with Google, try signing-in using Google sign-in. If you signed up with email and password, use that method.

  • If you signed up with Google, click Continue with Google on the login page.
  • If you signed up with email and password, enter your credentials in the email and password fields.

Step 3: Reset your password (if using email and password)

If you are logging in with email and password and cannot remember your password, reset it.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your EdgeFlo account.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email from EdgeFlo. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  4. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Step 4: Try a supported browser

Browser extensions, strict privacy settings, and unsupported browsers can interfere with login, especially Google sign-in.

  1. Open Chrome or Safari. These are the most reliable browsers for EdgeFlo.
  2. If possible, try logging in from an incognito or private window. This disables most extensions that could block the login process.
  3. Do not attempt to log in from a mobile browser. EdgeFlo is desktop-only.

Tip: If Google sign-in works in incognito mode but not in a regular window, a browser extension is blocking the OAuth flow. Disable extensions one by one to identify the culprit.


Step 5: Clear your browser cache and cookies

A stale browser cache or corrupted cookies can interfere with the login process.

  1. Navigate to EdgeFlo in Chrome.
  2. Click the lock icon (or info icon) to the left of the address bar.
  3. Select Cookies and site data.
  4. Click Manage on-device site data.
  5. Click the trash icon to delete all site data and cookies for EdgeFlo.
  6. Close and reopen Chrome, then navigate back to EdgeFlo and attempt to log in again.

If you are unable to log in after completing the steps above, contact the support team. When you reach out, include the following information:

  • The email address you are trying to log in with
  • Whether you signed up with Google or email and password

No. EdgeFlo is a desktop-only platform. It is not supported on mobile browsers, tablets, or iPads. Use a desktop or laptop computer to log in.

This is usually caused by a browser extension blocking the OAuth flow or strict privacy settings. Try logging in from an incognito or private window.
