If Edgeflo blocks trades during your normal trading hours, the most common cause is an incorrect timezone setting.
Why this happens
The Trading Window guardrail uses your account timezone to determine when trading is allowed.
If your timezone is still set to UTC, the trading window may enforce the wrong hours.
Example:
- Your intended window: 09:00–18:00 Singapore time
- If timezone is UTC: Edgeflo enforces 09:00–18:00 UTC
- This becomes 17:00–02:00 Singapore time
How to fix this
- Open Settings
- Go to Account → Preferences
- Set your correct Timezone
- Save changes
- Hard refresh the app
Tip: After updating your timezone, verify the timezone label shown next to your Trading Window settings.
