If your timezone is UTC:
- Daily counters reset at UTC midnight
- This may occur during your trading session
Example:
- Trader in Singapore (UTC+8)
- Guardrails reset at 8:00 AM local time
How to fix it
- Open Settings
- Go to Account → Preferences
- Update your timezone
- Save changes
- Refresh the app
