You can update your Edgeflo password from your account settings if you are logged in. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Option A: Change your password from Settings (recommended)
- Go to the Settings page: https://app.edgeflo.com/settings/
- Open the Security tab
- Click the Change Password button in the top-right
- Check your inbox for a 'Password reset' email
- Enter your new password
- Save the changes
Your new password will take effect immediately.
Option B: Reset your password if you've forgotten it
- Go to the login page: https://app.edgeflo.com
- Click Forgot Password
- Enter the email address associated with your Edgeflo account
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email
- Create a new password
Troubleshooting
If you do not receive the password reset email:
- Confirm you entered the correct email address
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes and try requesting the reset again
